I am a lover of books, learning new things and traveling. I have an eclectic taste in books reading everything from chicklit, historical fiction, literature, non-fiction, thrillers, mysteries and poetry. I like to buy books, but sometimes what I want to read is only available through online downloading. Half-Price Books is a favorite place to shop because that is where I sometimes discover the best books for the best price. And there are always books swaps at places like Starbucks and my faithful friends who are also readers. The love of reading has been passed down from my parents. My dad is no longer with us but you can barely navigate my mother’s home for all the books. This of course is another source of great books. I read to my girls from the moment I brought them home, collected children’s literature and now as adults they both are avid readers. We always seem to be discussing and sharing books. Reading will always be in style and the perfect way to spend an hour to two a day. (Ok, sometimes all day). Go forth and read.
